Following four EPs and more, Massachusetts’ ripping noise rock trio THE FRĒQS presents their long-awaited debut album, No God On The Gold Coast.
This is a high energy indie punk album. From start to finish it is a powerhouse of music and clever titles. This was my first go around with the band. What a fun, joy ride this was.
How they maintain such high energy is beyond me, but it is a wall of sonic sound. That if you pay attention to, has a lot of meaning in the lyrics. A chaotic soundscape of the world we live in.
High key, recommend.
