French quartet, Lost In Kyiv, bring us a new album featuring their new drummer, We’re All Going To Be Fine that dropped mid June.

 

I am simply gobsmacked. This album, which is mostly instrumental, is such a masterpiece. I don’t label much as masterpieces, but this one definitely meets the mark. A beautiful progression of explored emotions via instrumentals and the occasional thought-provoking lyric.

 

The sound design is a touch melancholy, a raw unflinching emotion, and a dash of hope. It’s something to get lost in. Something to put on headphones and walk in the woods too. And right when you get used to only instrumentals, you find yourself surprised by the voice that graces you.

 

This is perfection in the highest form.
