Once again, the members—Jeff Moreira [vocals], Ryan Primack [guitar], and Chris Hornbrook [drums]—felt an intense need to create as a unit. Rallying together, the guys channeled the spirit of their most celebrated material through a prism of new experience on their fifth full-length offering, Peace In Place.

This was such a fun experience. The one thing I love about hardcore is often, it embraces a feeling of anger or grief. I feel like we get both with this album.

There’s a technicality to the music that may go unappreciated but honest it’s such a labor of love. It’s the meat that holds everything together. Jeff Moreira has a voice akin to Corey Taylor. A rawness in the screams but a heavenly softness in the cleans. I love it when a voice can hold sorrow and his definitely does.

Drifting Without End is a standout track for me. Lyrically beautiful. Musically brutal but soft. The vocals are next level. I’m so glad to have discovered them this way.

Take some time out and give them a listen!
