Echoes of a Dying World

Revelations

Independent Release

2026

Death rockers Echoes of a Dying World unless their latest installment this August. Hailing from Belgium and aiming to take over the world, sonically that is.

The album delivers on heavy. It’s a wall-to-wall wave of emotions; Laid loudly out there for consumption. It hits all the perfect spots of Melodic Death Metal. Wonderful vocals with perfect pitch, impactful music and lyrics that are so full of feelings that you cannot help but to listen in awe. It’s an EP so it’s a fairly fast listen and if you’re like me, it’s going to leave you wanting more. And if this is your first time listening to them, you’re in luck. This EP is part of a trilogy with previous music already out.

I’m a firm believer that lyrics are truly what make music, music. Lyrics are often the soul of the sound. Now, some instrumentals can absolutely invoke the same feeling, but I’m a lyric girlie. The lyrics for this EP are pure poetry. Haunting and full of melancholy, but striking and deliberate.

You may find yourself asking “why are they blind” as well, as you’re lured into deep thoughts with this album.
