Electronic-infused metal quartet TRIP VILLAIN melds ferocious thrash riffs with the thunderous weight of modern industrial techno on their forthcoming second LP, Dose, confirmed for May release through Seeing Red Records.

What a blast this album is. It gave me a lot of Primal Scream vibes. In the way that they bend genres of industrial and techno. It’s fresh and fun.

This whole album would be perfect for the goth clubs of old. I wish they would come back around honestly, but that’s a whole other thing. TRIP VILLAIN is undefinable in the best way.

There’s a lot of standout tracks on album. It’s hard to pick one because of how it ebbs and flows between genres. But if you like to dance with glow sticks, shake your ass and bang your head, you’ll love this album.
