Gridiron gives with their EP Lights Out. Rock, hip hop bop from start to finish. Giving bands in the genre a run for their money. A nostalgic sound while being modern.

 

Does everyone remember the ‘All in the Family’ tours that Korn and Limp Bizkit did? Gridiron would a thousand percentage fit on those stages. This is a lyrical slap in the face while you can both twerk and mosh in the pit.

 

I know I always moan about EPs being short and I’m gonna do it again. I want more. Give me an LP of this sound. It’s so fun. Like…take the heaviness of Sevendust and mix it with a dash of Public Enemy or even Body Count and Gridiron would be their baby.

 

I’m gonna keep an eye out for local touring dates because I love this so much. Give me more, please and thank you.
